so... yesterday i am not sure if i stayed under 700 ... i eat and purged... it went very well till 5 pm... i think i was bored so i had a lot to eat.. and then i purged.. well today is a new day ... my plan is to stay under 500... so today i will have:
11 am- 2 cups of coffee - 0 cal
12 - 1 cup of blueberries- 83 cal
3 pm - 1 cup of spinach- 15 cal, tomato- 50 cal, 2 egg whites - 40 cal.
5 pm 0.5 apple - 40 cal
6 pm - green tea- 0 cal
7 pm- o.5 apple - 40 cal
9 pm - 5 olives - 27 cal
11 pm - 9 baby carrots- 30 cal
TOTAL - 325 cal

i am so mad... i have not been dieting for a long time... i mean i could diet when i was home with my parents but now that i moved in with a friend and have a bf that orders out every day and makes me eat. is not easy... i have set myself a few months back.. today thought is a new week and i planing on 500 cal. or less.. is 10 am .. so ill go have a shower, fix my hair,then i will eat an apple 80 cal that is the plan for now... ill keep posting in here.. letting u know how i am doing ...
